For 100 years the world renowned Northeastern Cooperative Education Program has helped our employer partners connect with our talented and productive students. Hiring Graduate Students

The MBA Career Center is a resource for employers to meet their hiring needs with qualified, talented MBA students for both corporate residency and full-time opportunities. We strive to provide employers meaningful opportunities to engage with students.

Corporate Residency

Corporate residency is a critical component of our Full-time MBA program. Full-time MBA students complete a six-month corporate residency after their first year of MBA classes. This provides students an opportunity to apply what they have learned in class while gaining valuable experience. For employers it is an opportunity to bring talented, hard-working and enthusiastic students to perform specific assignments or projects. Our students offer you experience in finance, marketing, and supply chain/operations to help you address your critical business issues. Students work on corporate residency June through December. We begin posting corporate residency positions in January, and the first day of interviews is at our MBA Career Fair.

Full-time Employment

MBA students and alumni seeking full-time opportunities provide a great pool of talent for your organization. We are happy to work with you to meet your specific needs. We can post full-time opportunities for you at no cost, at any time. Students can apply online, and we will send you a customized resume book of interested students. We have interview space available in our office suite if you wish to interview on campus. By posting your position with the MBA Career Center, you will have access to a large pool of talented students and alumni from our full-time and part-time programs. We can assist you in finding qualified, talented individuals to meet your business needs.

Key Recruiting Opportunities

The Northeastern MBA Career Fair will be held on February 9, 2010. There is no charge to the company for participation. We also have interview space reserved for companies who wish to interview while they are onsite. This is the first opportunity to interview for corporate residency positions. Students and alumni participate to seek both corporate residency and full-time opportunities.

If you need assistance in developing a meaningful corporate residency or would like to efficiently fill an immediate full-time position with a qualified candidate, please contact the MBA Career Center at 617-373-3003 or mbacareer@neu.edu. We look forward to working with you.
