Professor Dunn teaches marketing and sales management courses. His primary research interest is in sales management for complex products and services.

Industry and Academic Experience

Professor Dunn has worked in the banking industry and was a research associate at IMD in Switzerland before joining the College of Business Administration faculty in 1975.

Professional Services

Professor Dunn is also actively working as a management consultant for several companies, including Alpine Computer Systems Inc., OTC Systems Inc., and Tracer Research Corp.
