Professor Wertheim teaches organizational behavior, negotiation, and mediation. He is a professional mediator.

Industry and Academic Experience

Professor Wertheim served as an assistant professor at Boston University, a research associate at City College of New York, and a systems analyst at the Westinghouse Learning Corporation before joining the College of Business Administration faculty in 1977. He has taught widely in Europe and Asia.

Professional Services

Professor Wertheim is a member of the Academy of Management, New England Association for Conflict Resolution, and the North American Case Research Association. He serves on the Boards of three non-profits and is treasurer of the Brookline Chorus. He mediates in various courts in Massachusetts.
