Research and Teaching Interests

Dr. Adomdza's research interests are in the areas of micro-level entrepreneurship and corporate entrepreneurship, with a developing interest in sustainable business models for social entrepreneurship.

Industry and Academic Experience

Before joining the College of Business Administration faculty at Northeastern University, Professor Adomdza was a lecturer at the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada and Wilfrid Laurier University, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. He has also worked with the Canadian Innovation Centre, Waterloo, Ontario, on market analyses for new ventures. In 2001, he worked as a financial analyst for the General Leasing & Finance Co. Ltd. in Accra, Ghana.

Professional Services

Professor Adomdza is a member of several professional organizations, including Academy of Management (AoM), Society for Judgment and Decision Making (SJDM), and Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK. He also serves as a reviewer for several publications such as Journal of Business Venturing and Entrepreneurship, Theory and Practice. At Northeastern, he is the faculty advisor to the Entrepreneurs Club.
