    Prepared by:

Chris Collier, Chief of Research, and
    Melissa Huynh, Chief Marketing Officer

The Fourth Annual Shareholder’s meeting for the 360 Huntington Fund was held in the Raytheon Amphitheater on the Northeastern University Campus on October 17, 2011. In attendance were alumni, donors, Fund advisors and current Fund members. The meeting started off with Barry Gilbert, Managing Director of the Fund, discussing the Fund’s performance, sector weightings, organizational structure, and highlighting the projects which Fund members have worked on. This year we had two awards to be given out along with the tie and scarf ceremony. Professors Harlan Platt and Paul Bolster followed Barry’s presentation by introducing and presenting the Investor of the Year award to Larry Rakers. Since the inception of the Fund, Larry, Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Fidelity, a Northeastern alumnus, and a member of our advisory board, has contributed his time and money to the Fund. In October 2010, Larry was our host on a field trip to Fidelity Investments. Barry then introduced and presented the Analyst of the Year award to Derek Archila. Derek, Senior Technologist in the clinical hematology lab at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, provides a unique perspective into the healthcare holdings of the Fund. Currently, he serves as the Sector Manager for the Technology, Healthcare and Telecommunications sectors. Lastly, Professor Platt distributed ties and scarves with The 360 Huntington Fund branding to donors as a token of appreciation for their contributions. At the end of the meeting, Barry received great compliments from alumni and professors for a remarkable job on his presentation and all that he has done for The Fund. With his professional analytical analysis and discussion he continues the process of making The 360 Huntington Fund a more realistic experience of professional mutual fund analysis and management. The formal presentation ended and casual conversation carried on as attendees shared insightful and memorable moments that they had been given from the Fund experience.
