Corporate Residency

  • The six-month corporate residency is a critical component of Northeastern's Full-time MBA curriculum. As a Full-time MBA student, you will have the opportunity to work in a full-time, paid, MBA-level position for one of Northeastern's corporate partners. You can apply what you are learning in the classroom while gaining valuable, hands-on experience in the business world.

Watch video interviews with employers from GE Aviation, Hamilton Sundstrand, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, and IBM. Learn why they hire our MBA students for corporate residency and the value they bring to their companies.

Your corporate residency gives you the opportunity to manage important projects, assume bottom-line responsibility for budgets, interact with executives, and expand your professional network. You can also gain experience in your chosen career track: Finance, Marketing, or Operations and Supply Chain Management. While most MBA programs offer three-month corporate residencies, Northeastern's corporate residency lasts six months, giving you time to make an impact within the organization.
