Currently, BSIB students on the Spanish track may choose to spend their time abroad at one of the following two partner schools.
Universidad de las Américas: Puebla, Mexico
The Universidad de las Américas - Puebla (UDLA) is one of the most prestigious private universities in Mexico. It is one of the few universities in Mexico that has achieved and maintained membership in the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS). UDLA has maintained this status since 1959. BSIB students attending this university will become a part of the Departamento de Administración de Negocios Internacionales in the Escuela de Negocios y Economía. The International Business Program is designed to equip future international managers with the competitive advantages they need to succeed in today's global business environment.
Students will enroll in the entire third year curriculum, which includes such courses as: International Business, International Marketing, Business Communication, Spanish Language and Economics. All class instruction is conducted in Spanish.
The campus is located in the colonial city of Cholula; five minutes from Puebla, the capital of the state of Puebla and two hours, by car, from Mexico City. Puebla is a major industrial, agricultural and commercial center. Cholula is an important archeological site and is considered the oldest inhabited city in the Western Hemisphere.
Instituto Católico de Administración y Dirección de Empresas: Madrid, Spain
The College's partner school in Spain is the Instituto Católico de Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ICADE). In 1979, ICADE became part of the Universidad Pontifica Comillas, a private university run by the Jesuit Order, dating back to the early 1900s. ICADE is one of Spain's oldest and most highly-regarded business schools and has a population of about 7,700 undergarduate students. BSIB students studying in Spain will be a part of the E-4 program at ICADE. The university is located in the heart of Madrid, a city known as the political, financial and business center of Spain.
Students take their class selection from the third year of the E-4 program (International Business degree program). Classes focus on such topics as International Trade, International Marketing, Finance Management, International Studies, International Finance, and Personnel Management. All class instruction is conducted in Spanish.

As the capital of Spain, Madrid is a city that never sleeps, where excellent restaurants, cultural activities, and sports-related activities abound.
